Sculpt, paint, draw, photograph, or collage. Pick colors, abstract images, or shapes that convey your grief. You don't have to consider yourself an artist to participate in art therapy. The physical act of expressing yourself on paper, in clay, or through a photograph is the important part. I like words, so I tend to caption my artwork, but that isn't necessary if you choose not to. |
